NZ Food Innovation Showcase
True 'Food Innovation' is not just about a good food idea, it's about successfully and safely commercialising that idea. New Zealanders continue to lead the world with an endless capacity to innovate in the areas of food science and research, processing and packaging, safety and testing and commercialisation.
The NZ Food Innovation Showcase will lead visitors on a journey of discovery. See how food manufacturers are using purpose built food processing facilities to help commercialise food ideas for markets in NZ and around the world.
NZ Food Innovation Showcase is free to attend for any trade professionals from the Food & Beverage and Food Packaging industries. There will be no fee onsite for people who register at the event. We recommend that you pre-register to attend NZ Food Innovation Showcase to save time onsite.
Together, the NZ Food Innovation Showcase and Auckland Tourism, Events and Economic Development will be promoting value-add food products, showing that New Zealand is far more than a primary producer, having serious capability with food technology and leading science.
